In the event that a Coiffie product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price or description, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
We have made every effort to display accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on our website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate. Neither can we guarantee accurate match of our product to any printed material and publication.

What’s your Shipping Policy?
We use a fulfillment company, Shipwire, to handle the shipment of your order. When you are placing your order, you will have an option to choose from several major delivery services (UPS, FedEx, USPS) at various delivery timetables (Ground, 2 Day, 1 Day). All shipping charges are calculated in the shopping cart according to weight. After your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email and we will immediately begin processing your order. Orders normally ship within 24 to 48 hours except during holidays and times of high demand. Once your order ships, you will receive another confirmation email including a tracking number if applicable. If you have a question about your order, please send an email with your name, order ID number and a brief description to customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you process International Shipments?
We can only ship orders within the United States. We cannot ship internationally at this time.
What’s your Return and Exchange Policy?
We want you to be fully satisfied with your Coiffie purchase. Merchandise can be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt if it is in “as-new” condition, with hangtags attached and original packaging. We will not accept worn, altered or soiled merchandise. If you wish to exchange an item, it must be of equal or greater value than the item being returned. Please note that for items purchased between Thanksgiving Day and Christmas, the return/exchange deadline is extended until January 15th.
What are your Return/Exchange Procedures and Shipping Instructions?
Please email customer support at email@example.com within 14 days of receipt of merchandise so we can provide you with a Return Materials Authorization label. Your email should include your name, order ID number and a brief note detailing the exchange or requesting a return. You will receive an email with the Return Materials Authorization label which you should download and print and tape on the return package. This label MUST be placed on the return package as the fulfillment company we use, Shipwire, will not be able to process any returns/replacements without it.
You may ship the package back using the carrier of your choice after you have received the Return Materials Authorization label. For your protection, please send your returns via a carrier with tracking in a well-padded envelope, as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during return shipping. All costs related to return shipping are paid by the customer, except in cases where the merchandise arrives damaged or defective. Should you wish to order a replacement item(s), we will ship your replacement item(s) at no additional shipping cost.
How do I Place a New Order in an Exchange?
If you are placing a new order in an exchange, please email customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order ID number and a brief note detailing the exchange. You will receive an email with a Return Materials Authorization label which you should download and print and tape on the return package. Once this label is affixed to your package, ship the package back using the carrier of your choice (all “Shipping Instructions” as outlined above apply.) Your replacement item(s) will be processed upon receipt of the item(s) you are exchanging and will be shipped at no additional shipping charge. You will receive a confirmation email including any price difference between the exchanged items, possible taxes and shipping costs. The balance or credit will be issued in the same form as it was received. Once your replacement item(s) is shipped, you will receive another confirmation email including tracking information.
What if the Merchandise I Ordered Arrived Damaged or Defective?
In the rare cases where merchandise arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise. We will gladly replace your Coiffie and take care of all additional shipping charges related to the return. Make sure to obtain a pre-paid Return Materials Authorization label by emailing customer support at email@example.com and including your name, order ID number and a brief explanation of the problem. Once you receive your pre-paid label and tape it to your well-padded return package, please give the package to your local mail carrier. Please note that this label MUST be affixed to your package in order for our fulfillment company to process the return.
If you wish to order a replacement Coiffie, let us know in your email as well. Your replacement item will be processed upon receipt of the item that is damaged or defective and we will ship your replacement item(s) at no additional shipping charge
